i like the brand value for this company.

Here, They show Bias in the work culture which is not fair. For girls, They arrange Cab facilities. Only drop, and not pick up and it also not in on time, However for boys no cab facilities or travel allowance provided. Moreover, we are expected to extend our working hours by 1 to 2 hours if we fall to meet targets. Initially, this company provide good quality food for dinner and healthy drinks for break time. But now the quality, varities of the food for dinner has deteriorated and the snacks provided during breaks are very worst. Employee gross value income is very lower on VDart. Our company salary is significantly lower in compared to the indian market....Read More
