The flexibility of the company is good. If you are in a good team then you will be able to learn new things.

Dislikes

The company lacks a proper finance team, making it difficult to resolve financial issues in a timely manner. There is also no dedicated HR to assist with required docs, and getting signed or stamped paperwork is a lengthy and frustrating process. Additionally, there is a clear bias between teams regarding salaries - one team is toldthere is no budget for raises, while another receives generous appraisals. In Vayana, Engieering lead(Senior Vice President) is looking for the all DevOps work. He is a very egoistic person. His usual statement is like "I have created this team and if needed then i can again create the whole team from scratch". No respect for the team. Everytime he'll be like if you have any issue then bring it up to me then instead of solving or just try out any solution he'll blame the person. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
