Working as a team player is good thing because RBL cbpu team is the wonderful team in all over other teams, RBL team manger (Mr.Nikhar Agarwal) is so efficient give free hands to team members etc.

Dislikes

CBPU team is on off role so here no appraisal for any one even if they work for year on year and they hair on low salary. where as who are on the on role they get every year appraisals. I don't like this partiality.

My work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire my work Preparation of BBND report, Equifax, Mis, Disbursement confirmation, etc. these are the daily work apart form these i have support to the branches for there issues with BBND

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
