Thanks a lot to vastu to giving me an opportunity for the position, overall good people, even in my bad time the company and team was standing with me, financially and mentally I was disturbed because of some medical problems, the company and seniors are very supportive in all situations. Again thanks a lot.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
