Learning opportunity is there. Everyone is supportive. Varuna works in an organised manner which lacks in most of the logistics company.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Lots of sops are being followed which sometimes seems very unnecessary but it is for good only.

The job is interesting. I have strugged a bit in the beginning but my boss and senior manager helped me to get through this. I have learnt everything and everybit about this sector and worked a lot in my skills.

Very bad company I have completed 4 years working in Varuna. And in these 4 years I have also achieved my KRA. But on 20 August 2024, without giving any reason, my laptop, SIM card and company ID card were confiscated and then I was asked not to come to the office. Not listen management from employees.
