No supporting.Down the line persons has been stretched. All Bosses are safe & taking high salaries. G.M. having no qualifications to an Engineer's job.

Dislikes

No any system or culture. Management has still not knowing that what has been done. Job is running on the basis of oiling to corporate persons.

Work Details

Actually plant is in heavy profit. No one has asked him, for what you have done. A list non educated persons are there. A lot of wastages are there.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
