No pros working there.

Dislikes

They hire people in a batch so that they can fire them in a batch. Hr manager in gurgaon doesn't know the difference between termination and lay off so you can understand how good in knowledge they are. They have good accounts but don't know how to manager them as they give chance to boot lickers only

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
