Varian was an awesome company to work with however after siemens acquisition things have majorly changed.

Dislikes

Frequent changes in policies decisions without clear rationale. Lack of transparency in decision making process. Enormous uncertainty, distrust, and toxicity breeding culture. Failure to monitor, acknowledge, and appreciate the employee contributions HR that is Incompatible, unprofessional and displays low quality conduct The Leadership Team adopts more of a dictatorship style than true leadership. Working culture is great. Never worked with such an amazing team members in terms of cooperation and respect. Salary/appraisal is also good.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
