Owner thoughts are very good. A lot of old experienced people exist in the organization benefitting to sustain good culture. Yearly increament.

Company's policies are good. You will get increment as per policy no one can create hurdle in that ,and they conduct a test for promotion for manager Gso ,vp .. . That's very good thing

Work culture is horrible in production department , other than production working here is easy I think . Most senior employees of the company thump their chest about vardhman work culture and all but it's all just hoax the ground realities are totally opposite whatever they say. Also this company is lacking in terms to of religious and cultural diversity it's heaven for people with narrow and conservative mindset, but it will be pretty much unbearable to work here if you don't align with yours senior's venomous and horrific ideology for others....Read More
