Very good company. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are Supportive and the management is transparent. company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

My overall experience is average in Van Oord India Pvt. Ltd. There is no job security in this company besides there is very less scope for increment even sometimes due to poor performance of company it didn't give bonus to its employees. Work load is too much, One person has multiple roles to perform. Junior Level employees get very less salary.

Dislikes

I am very disappointed with Job Security, Salary/Appraisal, Work load and Project Leave. Project Leave ratio is very low as compared to other companies.

My role was as a Project Accountant, I had to look after Invoicing, Registering Invoice, Working of GST & TDS, preparing monthly leads, assist in Audit, timely payment to creditors, follow up with creditors for invoice & correction in invoice

Unless you have an EU contract, where you get 6 months notice for terminating your services (because of which you are rarely terminated) there is no Job security in this company. Vessels, equipment and dutch people are all that matter to this company, all others are employed just because they are needed for a particular job. Once employed, there is no discrimination while executing the work part but as a person, there is no growth unless you are a dutch person.
