... its employees. Work load is too much, One person has multiple roles to perform. Junior Level employees get very less salary.

I am very disappointed with Job Security, Salary/Appraisal, Work load and Project Leave. Project Leave ratio is very low as compared to other companies.

...after 12 years of service - where I had worked with total loyalty and integrity. Management is good when it comes to the work and related communication, work culture is good, compensation is sometimes above average but there is an invisible policy as per which you are an outsider unless you are a dutch person.

Dislikes

Vessels, equipment and dutch people are all that matter to this company, all others are employed just because they are needed for a particular job. Once employed, there is no discrimination while executing the work part but as a person, there is no growth unless you are a dutch person. Company is a typical contracting company - does not care about anything, or has no desire to improve its good systems unless it is forced to do so by its clients or by law.

...people dont like indians they will make us confused in work to do or not todo. And salary concern very less comparing to other companies. Facilities very good. But working with vanoord nice experience.

Some people proudish Low Salary No end of service benefitsafter doing 8 yrs service nothing i got. Sub agencies like cyprus
