Vanheusen is very good brand,salary and incentives comes on proper time,the brand gives value and respect to female staff and for that I really proud about it.

This brand didn't give value to actual genuine staff who did hard work and loyal, the brand basically gives priority to those staff who are giving oiling to their senior management, e en they never search any staffs work quality, they depends on words only..

Company is good as it's one of the Aditya Birla group company but middle and upper management is not as per the industry required. The are just saving and justifying their job by Putting frontliners in PIP and then throwing out of the company. They don't have any business plan, just doing foolish things. If Frontliners or SE, SO join the company they just risk their career. Company need to replace the upper and middle management with industry experience employees....Read More

There are few things I want to share about dislikes New managers recruited is even don't know how to talk with staffs, they are abusing a staff, doing shits thing in store they are taking anything personal, using power against staffs, talking loud with staffs, even customers says that how he became a manager he don't even know how to talk, staffs are also not doing complaint because they are feeding his family with this job, My request do some operation to clear this Misilnious things in the firm.
