Please read this review (and all others that have less than 2 star ratings) for an HONEST review about the organization - - Very good at ruining careers and lives - Indecent, immoral and inhumane behaviour by leadership - They fool people by hiring them for massive salary hikes and then randomly fire them within 3 months stating redundancy removal as a reason. - HR (Chief of staff) will LIE to you during the interview that they will never fire you/have any layoffs, that it's a hybrid working model, that you are being hired for a very important role to contribute to the company growth - You can only work from home once a week (and they can use that as a reason for firing you), they will extract work from you and then fire you as soon as they have whatever they need. - CTO is one of the most disrespectful person I've ever seen - He'll randomly start shouting at people during calls on a public forum without any consideration for anyone. Leadership is fighting for higher positions amongst themselves. - 30 out of 130 people were fired on a single day without any heads up. No one saw it coming, and the reason stated was absolute BS. - No major projects - all projects are either demos or on hold. They don't have money to retain people but will hire new people for 70-80% hikes. Would NEVER recommend this organization to anyone I know....Read More

highly toxic work culture. Every month atleast 1 or more people get fired for no good reason. Unprofessional atmosphere. New hires be ware, they do hiring spree to justify funding from investors and then dump the employees withjn 6 months of completing the funding round. It happened in 2022. Will surely happen again.

There is literally nothing to like about the company. Their values are completely arbitrary, and their product is unprofitable.

1. The corporate culture is extremely toxic. The co-founders and the VPs are fighting over egos. 2. They don't have a defined process, their product is in trouble, and they brag about potential clients who don't give a damn about working with them. 3. The product CTO and the HR (chief of staff) are the company's biggest letdowns. These people's promises should not be taken seriously. 4. Almost every month, there is a layoff session in which 5-10% of the workforce is reduced. Despite this, their expectations and deadlines from developers and managers are extremely strict. 5. They only care about showing off the opulence of the company's WeWork location to investors. 6. They offer outrageous incentives to just lure the new employees while failing to retain existing employees. 7. The company's goals and visions are completely unrealistic. 8. The behaviour of the senior executives at this company is really unethical and unprofessional. Especially the HR (Chief of staff). 9. In November, 30 out of 130 people were fired without warning on a single day. Nobody saw it coming, and the reason given was complete nonsense. 10. They have no major projects. Poorly run organisation and disorganised work culture. Employees are hired for short term and fired or layoff for no reason . Chief of staff is a big joke, who was fired too😀. The root cause for all this is the CTO who is a control freak , poor communicator and with no moral. Why would they hire and downsize , something fishy may be happening.

I like the business model and the way business teams are onboarded. The customised training programme that they have is awesome. The department is recently been set up. They way employees are taken care of; heard and handled is very nice. I think this company is a perfect blend of career and emotions.
