To be honest nothing. It is not something personal but working with them feels like you are working in a machi bazaar. They will assign you on any task ignoring your specialization. They utilise their employees in every possible way doesn't matter for which profile you have joined.

Management is worst. They are like oh you want to leave due to toxic culture go ahead don't even serve your notice or else we will terminate you. HR is nothing but a clown in this organisation. They literally threaten you with your job when you take stand or even question some of their policies. They will push you to work in any available profile doesn't matter where your expertise lyes and if you deny they will handover you a warning and after few days an option to mutually put down your paper or get terminated....Read More

Working as a Senior Associate can be hectic because of many responsibilities and the day feels short. But when the company gives you manageable work, job becomes easier. In some of my previous organizations, I did not have a pleasant experience with the management as sometimes it might be biased. But in the current organization, I have connected not only with the management but the senior management as well. Seniors are so empathetic and helpful. They will always understand my concern and provide me with valuable suggestions.
