Working as a Senior Associate can be hectic because of many responsibilities and the day feels short. But when the company gives you manageable work, job becomes easier. But in the current organization, I have connected not only with the management but the senior management as well. Seniors are so empathetic and helpful. They will always understand my concern and provide me with valuable suggestions.
