There is a good working culture with supportive teammates and transparent management. There is a lot of lateral exposure across various aspects of my work domain and learning never stops. My experience at Valueonshore has been wonderful and enriching.

The company operates in promoter driven management style..There is no proper appraisal process. There is lot of favoritism. Job security is very low in this company. You can be asked to leave anytime without proper notice and compensation.They have health insurance but the employees ate required to pay premium.if you get to work in assurance, TAS, taxation then it's good otherwise they mostly outsource their employees to companies for petty assignments which is not worth a experience...Read More
