I was skeptical before joining but its an amazing place to work at. 1. Management is very polite & understanding. In my tenure I have not seen any rude or strict manager yet. Even if you make mistakes the supervisors are always just politely suggesting on how to avoid these in future. 2. The client side is very amicable & super helping for my project. 3. The company has great appreciation culture, even smallest things get big appreciations & thank you mailers 4. They are quite employee friendly so they are open to adapt to most of the employee needs within reason 5. Better onsite opportunities as they 25-30% workforce working from onshore and rest from offshore, although getting a visa is a bottleneck 6. They have frequent informal & formal one on one connects with managers/supervisors & HR with each employee to know about their issues/expectations/opportunities/feedback etc 7. For appraisals the employee doesn’t have to wait to complete a year, if you join before Dec then you’re eligible for the appraisal cycle (July) even the Jan- March joiners get a notional hike 8. Work- life balance & the company culture is really nice 9. I am working with a lot of people who are in the same project from last 7-8 yrs, so assuming they have excellent job security, also they give a lot of preference to the skillset aspirations of employees & try to assign roles accordingly wherever possible...Read More
