Main issue is on performance bonus. I have given my best and also performed well. I have created many process improvement plan as well and at last I have got very poor bonus and I'm very much disappointed. How can I get motivation to work further with dedication.

I worked here for 8 months the most that I loved about this company was the management they are superb and so supportive and also they have certain rules which is there in every company but is only followed here. I love this company only if it could not be the salary issue I would have become a permanent employee here..however you can join here and work peacefully as even the work environment is so enthusiastic and lively, there no way you will ever get bored here as they have these functions time to time which is great with great talented people in there....Read More

I joined this company as a Senior Process Associate on 2020 and I got promoted to Team Lead based on my performance. There is no discrepancy and favouritsm from the higher management. Work culture is very good. Got the oppurtunity to learn end to end medical billing process. Management team is very approachable and they always ready to help. I love to work in this company.

No job security, company culture is the worst. There are few people who know each other for a decade or so and hence a full lobby is going on in the company, which you will get to know after working there for some time. Non sense management.
