Senior Manager Training and Development

Role & responsibilities

1)Developing and implementing the training and development strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

2)Leading a team of professionals, including trainers, instructional designers and coordinators, to deliver high-quality training programs.

3)Identifying training needs and priorities through need assessments, performance evaluations and stakeholder feedback.

4)Designing, developing and delivering training programs using various instructional techniques and formats, including classroom training, e-learning and workshops.

5)Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback to measure learning outcomes and make continuous improvements.

6)Developing and maintaining the annual training calendar and schedule, coordinating with department managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.

7)Overseeing the design and development of training materials, presentations and resources to support learning objectives and outcomes.

8)Leading and facilitating training sessions and workshops, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience for participants.

9)Providing coaching and support to trainers and facilitators to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

10)Tracking and reporting on training metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and ROI of training programs.

11)Collaborating with HR and other departments to identify the talent development opportunities and support career growth initiatives.

12)Staying updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in training and development.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 years experience as Training Manager

Excellent communication skill and problem solving skill

Experience in Healthcare BPO (provider or payor side is preferable).

Should be willing to work any shift and strictly work from office position.
