- Salary is approx 2 Month Delay. - CEO can come from back anytime to check all your tabs to check what exactly are you doing. You can not even study during office time. - HR in this company don't even know how to deal with Human Resource. - CEO have no manner to talk to employees. He anytime can use abusive language and start shouting on people in office premises. - Huge Micromanagement - NO leave policy anytime HR can cancel or reject your leave request even if you have applied a month ago. everything. All seniors left office without reliving certificate. Even CTO, VP , managers and Senior developers level left organization due to non payment of salary issue and/or abusive language of CEO/Directors. No one knows how to deal with people. They think that everyone is thief. All day abusing people even after taking work for 10 - 12 Hours a day.
