It's a great company to work for - good work environment, flexible work options, a great management team, supportive.

Dislikes

I've not found anything to dislike about ValGenesis and I've worked with them for almost 5 years. Post Covid I commenced working from home.

Old people management very worst. Even after 7pm they will expect to work. If u leave the office on time they will ask cross questions and terminate. No work life balance. No new technology learning. This is a 1960's organisation surrounded with old people and the work culture also same . No respect for the employees.. they will treat u like a shit. If u re not fit for them they won't mind to terminate. Spot termination is so easy here....Read More

There are a multitude of cons to working at this company. Too much work pressure and authoritarian control. The organization is built on the management that micro- manages the product/tech organization. They do layoffs multiple times a year randomly with a lot of politics involved. The work hours were extended. You had no choice but to take work home too. It meant a poor work-life balance and much stress that could not be avoided.
