People on the floor were great. Helped me get my feet under me when I first started.

This company has very poor leadership that has a focus on "self" over team. Money is the only thing you care about and not human dignity, peaceful coexistence and mutual respect. They set unrealistic goals and if you don't hit them, they will point fingers at you. They have made so many ridiculous business decisions that employees now must work 10-12 hour days to even get a day off.
