Overall experience is good. leading automobile industry manufacture in globe and they are markets reliable and making high quality products. Cultural backgrounds is so good and work happily with collaboration. I also like flexi working hours policy to maintain the work life balance.

Job security is depends on existence of the project. If no project you ll be in bench. Management is not good more politics with indian manager, but parent company management is good. Company policy is good compare to other automotive companies.

Dislikes

Management and managers. Due to their incapabilities many good resources are resigned. No recognition from managers for the excellent work delivered by employees. HR is not responding for employe concerns.
