Almost nothing expect the team manager I work for. HR no authority to whom to keep and whom to fire. Salaries are not paid on time. No systematic procedure for working. Not a good company to enhance u r skills.

No skill enhanced, no appraisal, no promotion provided for the past 4 years and no recognition for hard work. Nepotism and favoring to close aid by higher authority and management. Has been following blame culture on subordinate since high position managers arent fit to take responsibility and lead. Biased work culture, low job security. 1. In Covid Time, doesn't inform officially, on or before joining, regarding 25% deferment in salary. 2. After Joining office, I come to know about the situation. 3. There was an official email regarding recovery of this 25% deferment. But when I left the organization, didn't received those deferred amount . 4. Due to this 25% deferment, in any company. I tried to applied, they considered my package 25% less of actual CTC (as per offer letter). 5. Even also salary got delayed by 2-3 month every time. 6. HR and Management has no clear communication over the same. 7. When enquire, received arrogant replies from HR. 8. Finally, when I got the another company offer, even after they are not paying employee on time, they don't allowed to me left organization early (even after I am ready to pay notice). 9. though working conditions are good, but peoples from HR are not professional. 10. Noting, really stuck here due to bad decision to join this company.

Instrumentation Department Manager is incompetent technically and has no administrative capability (he tries to cover this weakness by saying that he has a different management style). He uses capable engineers to set and grow the work share office and exhibit capability to Clients. Later he gets insecure when clients highly appreciate those engineers and fires them inappropriately. He tries to take credit for the hard work done by them. He is a sadist who after firing capable engineers inquires whether they are sitting at home and if they are why they have not come to beg him for a job. He is only good at politics and is a very weak leader. Dept manager only supports designers and Electrical dept (even if they are unfairly targeting capable Instrumentation Engineers) to save his position....Read More

Its a small cap company. Good working atmosphere. Engineering procedure in place.

Management is not able to bag big projects. Marketing is very weak. May requires strong tie-ups with valuable clients to have repeat orders.
