Nothing to like about company management

Dislikes

List of following dislikes (2024) Noida office. 1. They deduct your PF & TDS from salary but didn't submit to relevant government department. 2. No health insurance. 3. Salary delays more than 3 months. 4. No work or projects. 5. Selectively pay salary to employees from which they want support in a project. 6. If you resign they will not clear your F&F untill you file a legal case against them, and they even buy your lawyer sometimes to dismiss the case. 7. HR (Vandita Agarwal) very clever lady, She will never tell you about salary delay during joining or even lie to employees when they ask and ruin life of many employees. 8. Our entire CSA team resigns still the Management (M.D Shantharam & Director Jagadeesha babu) play dirty game to fire employees rather than paying their salary. If you have a two option (a) Join Valdel (b) death, I suggest you choose death, because after joining all your savings will spend to manage the expenses and they will not pay a single peny and force you to come office daily....Read More

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign or you have to payback the bond value. Salary is much low compared to current market value.

1. In Covid Time, doesn't inform officially, on or before joining, regarding 25% deferment in salary. 2. After Joining office, I come to know about the situation. 3. There was an official email regarding recovery of this 25% deferment. But when I left the organization, didn't received those deferred amount . 4. Due to this 25% deferment, in any company. I tried to applied, they considered my package 25% less of actual CTC (as per offer letter). 5. Even also salary got delayed by 2-3 month every time. 6. HR and Management has no clear communication over the same. 7. When enquire, received arrogant replies from HR. 8. Finally, when I got the another company offer, even after they are not paying employee on time, they don't allowed to me left organization early (even after I am ready to pay notice). 9. though working conditions are good, but peoples from HR are not professional. 10.
