Never join. Especially if you are not a South Indian. This organization is totally biased. They will give you 4 times more work load than a South Indian employee and if you will not work well, they will create such politics that you are forced to resign. All their reviews are paid reviews which we were forced to get from clients. I have been part of Big4 and many good organizations and this by far is the worst firm to be associated with. No matter what, don't join this toxic organization else you will soon regret. I have seen in my 1 and half tear tenure people leaving organization in bulk in 2-3 months post joining. HR furthermore is worst. Only initially she will be good to you after that she forgets her manners and just don't care. She will hold your salary, not approve leaves even after promising in documentation and treat you like a puppet....Read More

In my batch we joint 12 employees on July 2024 now writing this on September we all are left this fake company. No salary on time. Salary date is different for each employee. Some time you remember them for salary. If you are planing to join vakil search zolvit pls stay away. Rodwy company.

Friendly seniors and managers. Target based work but end so pressure is always there.

Dislikes

No work culture. Work on Saturdays and Sundays. And for the work that we do there is no proper recognition. No work life balance. Hike is very low and growth is even sluggish.
