Friendly seniors and managers. Target based work but end so pressure is always there.

No work culture. Work on Saturdays and Sundays. And for the work that we do there is no proper recognition. No work life balance. Hike is very low and growth is even sluggish.

All senior managers boast to bring in the corporate culture, but the initiatives brought up are nothing like those, they always look only to maximize the work from everyone and yet some departments will be idle, they want everyone in the operation and the sales team to do sales and yet expect us to do quality execution in both. no variable pay, no corporate activities, HR team is a joke, no work life balance, making team to work on all saturday by giving peanut incentives, hardly any outings or team lunch. the top mgt looks only to make money, no ethics at all. literally sales team is allowed to cheat customers if they bring in more money....Read More
