Lot of politics , worst hr system , no learning, people busy in just developing good relationships with manager . If you are highly educated lets suppose from premier colleges like iit / iim / nit . Please avoid this place you will stuck between very less educated peoples , no peer to peer learning, only learning will be about jewellery and out dated technologies. There is no incentive,no team meeting ,5.5 working days which is really bad you have to work 24 days in a month. No diwali gift is given by company for wfh ,no carrier pathing and training course

The management specially the Managers... They didn't give incentives on time and no job security at all. The company is no doubt one of the best to work with but the call center is the worst they don't know how to manage and take care of there employees.

All is good 👍 but some people wrong in this company and some people Vaibhav global limited, according to my experience, the company is very good, I have worked in it for 8 years, but there are some people in it who are running casteism, Brahmin community, they are giving a lot of promotion to the people of their own community, theyare spreading casteism in their voice, it is my request that immediate action should be taken against such people and they should be investigated deeply....Read More
