It's a shame when someone has worked in the company for half a decade but don't have anything good to say professionally. That should give you a gist of how terrible the work environment is behind closed doors. It used be better when the Board of directors and the owner were involved in decision making and policy implementation in the olden days, ever since the things are left to the management things started to deteriorate. It is true the people don't leave the company they leave the manager and in this case the "management". All is good 👍 but some people wrong in this company and some people Vaibhav global limited, according to my experience, the company is very good, I have worked in it for 8 years, but there are some people in it who are running casteism, Brahmin community, they are giving a lot of promotion to the people of their own community, theyare spreading casteism in their voice, it is my request that immediate action should be taken against such people and they should be investigated deeply....Read More
