It was more than 100 years old brand with presence in Domestic and International Markets. Wide product range similar to International Brands. Both the Chairman have Human touch in relationship and somewhat professionalism.

Dislikes

The current generation family members directly on top positions are more interested in politics ( It was earlier also) and non culture behaviour and frequent lies. Long hours of meetings with anytime phone call are regular. Unprofessional shouting in meetings is common. More trust on consultants than own staff, they have not made changes contracts workers permanent who are working for more than 10 years. They believe family members never make mistakes and blame staff members for failures and remove them from organisation....Read More
