The unprofessional behavior of the company (the people that connected) was very weird they did not update anything until and unless asked and you have to ask everything even as a fresher they do not tell anything and they do not meet up to their claims as well as 24x 7 availability was suppose to be after offer letter it took 4 weeks to follow up and bear with this behavior just to complete the process but the last straw was the company providing offer letter 3 hr before joining and no updates were provided for that too they just are like whatever this and that the availability was after the joining not before the offer letter is provided a bit prior this was very unprofessional as well as them not meeting up to their own claims...Read More

TLs have high attitude specially that Himanshu Singhal - nothing in him to like TL , just doing his work , not listening to someone's case , monarchy behaviour, wants everyone to call him SIR (no organization has this policy to call Sir or mam) and the other one is KOMAL the so called HR , she behaves like school principle , doesntrespond on time , atleast 8 teams got fired by her. The work company is doing is just gambling. They collect trash then they try to clean it (based on certain assumptions and those assumptions keep changing). No Salary hike, No communication or Upskilling , Nothing but just pure Buttering, Time wasting, and dominance by earlier employees. They want you to Resign so that their mistaked kept hiding. They work on literally wild guessing. They call themselves MNC but its not. There is no Managemnt but only young people who completed grad or masters. No single old person is there. The following are my observations from working with this organization for a year. 1. You need to take your tls for special breaks only then you will be able to get your desired shift. If you are sick and request for a specific shift you will be denied. 2. A big rumour that the married tl was dating a female colleague. And in exchange the female employee got benefits like unlimited leaves and wfh opportunities. 3. You get plenty of sympathy and promotion and salary raises for being the third gender just to show inclusivity. Someone deserving with constant good work is ignored. 4. The hr is not helpful and instead of fixing the issues she will hide the issues. 5. The organisation works on buttering your senior the more you butter the more you can have an easy life. No skill work and no learning No growth, this is organisation is for freshers come and work for 1-2 years and switch if you see any long term future then this is not the organisation because they are no giving you that amount of appraisal or growth. Comfort zone. If worked in this organisation then you will be trapped in comfort zone and it is very tough for you to leave this organisation or i say you not able to crack other organisations interview and if you cracked it then you can't work there for long time.
