There is job security in this pandemic time. Organization also support to employee to grow their skills and increase his/her field knowledge. Vaagdhara policies is very good and they give platform to change the thought of indiduals. Each people learn from other with friendly nature.

Work Details

I am working on Child Rights theme, Focusing on strengthen community level institution and capacity building of them. Working on to make child friendly villages.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Employee Friendly and thinks about its employee even after if he/she leaves the organization. Job security is one more aspect in which the organization excels and even during the Pandemic there was no employee cut. Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike. The only thing which I noticed is the salary is quite good but the career growth is a bit slow for the employees who are not working in a top management role.

Work Details

It's pretty good the management team is quite supporting and the grass root level team is very friendly. I learn more from my job role and got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
