1. Timing - First company will say to work for 10 Hour strict timing. But after your joining they will start calling you for 12 Hours strict timing. 2. Incentive plan- They share you the monthly target and whole plan of incentives. But any store was unable to get the incentive because of the Highest peak target. 3. Behaviour - In starting they was very humble and gentle but after 2 months you will start noticing how much they are humble and gentle to you. 4. As i have worked there for 13 months. It's hard to understand how V-Mart got a top-rated retail company badge. I've never seen a company with such a toxic work culture. In every store, ground-level employees (CSAs) join and leave within one to two months because of abuse from management. HR seems to have no control over the stores. Store managers get abused by RMs and higher-level management, and then they take it out on their CSAs and floor managers. It's a vicious cycle. If a company can't keep employees happy and create a positive environment, it won't last long with so much toxicity. Also, if you work as a daily wage labour, you earn more than what they pay to their CSAs....Read More
