I joined this organization just 2months back.I really want to say about the work culture inside the organization.They created a strong base for easy approach work culture what ever level they are they will answer you politely in MS Teams.All of my colleges are behave like a friend in a day when I joined.Even though I resigned a No1 Kitchen appliances brand & to join VGuard I'm much more happy.

I have been working in V guard service center (AMBEY ENTERPRISES PATNA) for almost 4 years but I have never received salary on time nor have I received any facility like PF, ESI. It is a very bad company and does nothing for its service technicians.
