Employee friendly company. Management is very approachable and letting people to express their ideas which is encouraging people to work with etiquettes. HR policies are at par with MNCs.

Dislikes

Too much process is holding the core deliverables and sometime people are misusing the process as the strategy to delay the work and hampering others goal.

Work Details

My work is to bring more new processes and strategy for the business which itself making lot of discomfort for other employees, thus getting lot of pressure but i am just moving on because of my passion and deliverables with management support
