Likes

The company is open innovation and readily adopts latest techonology fully automatic robotic system. I love the fact that l am a part of team that high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Company is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime l have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as l have to attend cilent calls in the evening and sometimeslate into the night

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
