I think i have wasted my valuable time with this company, because of there is no fixed company policies even company management team and owner of thus company declared the same when i asked about the policy of employee benefits such as working hours, weekly off, leave, holidays. Company Managing Director deside all the things and not following the proper labour govt rules they running the company with non-compliance statutory. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
