Hard working with Brand and get many big opportunity in my life, Many dreams come true from company, Switzerland tour with family London tour with family in first time, good earning part in my Life, overall Many benefits get I m.but one minute point is HR is not supporting to us timely, because I try many time call to my HR after left job but no body receive my call and no one give me respected answer to me.so I disappointed on this point Only,some salary increment policy is not good against compare to new staff higher who is junior from us,always him earning part is bigger then us,so this also one minus point from usv,I m given my life's 7 years to company and start sebamed buisness from 2lakhs rs and when I left job that figure is almost 50 lakhs in last 7 year's figure you check how many growth given to brands and how many benefits given to company but company never stand from my back when u leave job,no one Asking me what is your reason for leave job,no one Asking me leave job issue,many issues face in last 2/half years but no one taking care for us,so I'm disappointed,but overall my usv journey is superb fantastic,thank you usv for supporting for achieving my some dreams,thanks, From Chirag k Vyas Ex TSM GUJARAT 😊...Read More
