Nothing to like. It is the worst company to work for. Very old thought company. Employees are treated as servants and very abusive seniors. I will suggest not to join at all. All HODs are very bad

Everything is not good. No time to leave office. Everyday asked to work for extra two three hours without any benefit. Even asked to work on holidays no compensatory leaves allowed. Bosses treat as if we are servants at their house

Nothing is good about tender health tech a sister company of USV pharma. DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY

USV as a company is good, but it started the sister company in health tech by name of TENDER HEALTH TECH. The worst mistake done by them is that they hired one of the worst business head JAYANT SINGH( so called VP also) with zero vision for growth and just used to chew pan siting in office. This guy actually took the company into negative in terms of employees retention and company expansion and from 23 employees company is currently working with 7 people PAN India, he had his main culprit Srikant (tech head - with almost nil tech knowledge, one who couldn’t do a minimal change in tech for almost 2 years) who just is behind this monster and they both talks the same language. They both are good in licking the investors and even used to say to everyone that they can manage to get the salary by playing in front of investors, such bad people I have never witnessed in my life. They do so much of politics that they have spoiled the careers of National head, TSM’s and zonal heads. USV has a very nice working culture. They appreciate individually when someone do exceptionally well which is a very good thing.

Dislikes

Overall USV is a very good organization but some of it's policies are not that much upto the mark. For example you club Casual Leave and Sick Leave and there is not any specific reason for this also.

Safety gift given by company is good, company is good but due to some persons behaviour who have power, they misuse it.

In sterile manufacturing Mahesh Italiya (AGM) doing partiality with other state persons, he giving more increment & position to locals or his State persons & given less to others state persons also giving less opportunity to others. Specific employee lobby created by manager for saving his position. Food quality & HR culture also not good.
