Not at all job satisfaction. The job role is not as stated or as told. The technology transfer is second production dept. or worst than that. No job security. Over CAPA'S & Compliance makes the work freedom worst.

USV has a very nice working culture. They appreciate individually when someone do exceptionally well which is a very good thing.

Dislikes

Overall USV is a very good organization but some of it's policies are not that much upto the mark. For example you club Casual Leave and Sick Leave and there is not any specific reason for this also.

Very poor company culture. No Job security. Hr's are pupets and act just according to the COO.

Poor company culture. Only Alternate Saturday off. No Appreciation for the efforts. HR is of no use and no help.

Safety gift given by company is good, company is good but due to some persons behaviour who have power, they misuse it.

Dislikes

In sterile manufacturing Mahesh Italiya (AGM) doing partiality with other state persons, he giving more increment & position to locals or his State persons & given less to others state persons also giving less opportunity to others. Specific employee lobby created by manager for saving his position. Food quality & HR culture also not good.

Don't join under *Prema Shetty*(International Logistics). She is arrogant & Rude, She will make your life miserable.Harassing employee. People in her team playing politics. Doing backbiting. Rahul Gupta, Rahul Thorat, Hittesh Thakkar alll these are Rude & arrogant Associate. People who's going to Mr. Jayant Dwivedi desk Only Get promotion. He Think people coming to His desk doing Only Hard work. Mail getting Quarantine. Old outdated system of gmail. Different Rule for sebamed team (Every Saturday off) and other team members working every saturday even on Sunday....Read More

Old outdated system. Old employees playing politics providing information of new employees to own Boss. People who's doing backbiting get promoted. No work life Balance at all. Different rule within One Organization. Favoritism while giving promotion Specially in International Logistics. No involvement of HR in KRA reviews system.
