Dislikes

Poor work culture, employee unfriendly HR policies, no flexibility, strictly formal dress code (yes even on working Sat), all websites are blocked. Poor IT support and office ambience. Almost 0 employee engagement activities (at least at HO). No mouse or headphones given. May sound trivial but is so uncommon if compared to other companies joining formalities. No.of bank holidays and Paid leaves are extremely less & disappointing. WFH is next to impossible and even if given, it's like a jail. You will be monitored every second....Read More
