What I like the most working in USV is the Atmosphere they Create and the Culture of the Company towards their employees. As we are responsible towards the Company's Sales, they equally reciprocate to the welfare of the employees. In my 7 year long career in USV I Have never faced a Situation where they delayed the Salaries. Moreover I have witnessed many occasions when Company distributed incentives to those who fall short of the desired figures by Minimal difference to motivate them. As a company and corporate is very good option to work with. But some people are creating lobbing in company also some people are doing castism. Because of that a good manpower are migrating from company. Being as HR team need to find out such culprit and mention good working environment within the team. This is very serious issue.Nobody talking about the same. Company work ethics are very very good even creating future growth opportunity within the company on parallel and perpendicular department.
