As a company and corporate is very good option to work with. But some people are creating lobbing in company also some people are doing castism. Because of that a good manpower are migrating from company. Being as HR team need to find out such culprit and mention good working environment within the team. This is very serious issue.Nobody talking about the same. Company work ethics are very very good even creating future growth opportunity within the company on parallel and perpendicular department. It was good experience. Challenging but few incidence happened that why I left. Other wise it's good cultured and system process orientated company
