Nothing is here to dislike in this company coz they are very new in Retail fashion industry (2015), and they are growing very fast in market,and i have a good chance to grow with the companies growth

My work is here Taking care of both the EBO and do all the managements, handling with two EBO's with two Teams at same time it's quite challenging but in retail industry we all know without challenges their is no chance for growth,so I'm Delivering Best

When lockdown was happened they started to create pressure on us And force us to give resign directly And took resign from us after that they change our payroll policy direct to third party payroll And warned us either we have to do job in low salary or do not join the company again so I didn't join 😔

I f you know how to fool people and showing yourself very workaholic without working then it will be a good company for you.

You will be doing the same work, how much work you do but it won't be justifiable especially the ecom team. People who are not much working but can talk they are getting more hike compare to who are actually working.
