URCC is developing construction company, management family business started at 1956 URCC registered as private limited at 1991 last year Turnover around 600Crs. It has not a systemized setup in all departments, work comfortability, salary and staff welfare are poor comparing to present market

Only the HR policy that were written on paper but never followed by office or site team.

Work culture, Work life balance, There behaviour with Non-Tamil people, HR policy as declared not match with work culture, Facilities provided not match with work HR policy. Imbalance of professional and personal life. Tamil nepotism. So many other things.

See likes and dislikes depend on the person wise. Depends on the Project Manager. If you get a good PM then the company will be automatically good if not then it will become hell. The same goes for candidates. Candidate should be dedicated. I know work so I am not struggling. But I suggest new comer join this company as there is lots of scopes to learn.
