Very unstable company..no proper vision for seeing the company grow. Have lack of funds. Salary never.paid on time and last notice period salary was never paid. Even the pf deducted from monthly salaries never got deposited.

Appraisals are all political. I am an introvert by nature. I was constantly judged on not talking randomly to people. While I understand building connections is important but they would not promote me because I wouldn't hang out beyond work with them. I am a professional and like having my lives separate which was not entertained much by them. They praise you if you work over the weekends and holidays.
