In initial stage i personally enjoyed with workn because of targets are as per the market trend. And initial stage company privided good quality of service to customers. From last 10 months targets are coming from management imagination not from reality. Now a days targets are impossible ti achieve. And Management cut it off the incentives part of cost control.

Target from management imagination, Working hours increased, Incentive amount reducesed as per payslip is not giving, No job security, Because of Cost control company compromised quality of service, Product prices areincreased, No of cluster managers are decreased due to the reason kpi is not tracking properly, Company not even send sweet boxes properly to the employees for diwali.

Everything.Mangement is a big zero,Hr is a big zero.No body knows what they are doing.Store manager in hyd Madhapur branch is an uneducated fool who tries to control employees.All interior dep works from bangalore no idea abt based realty.Hired for assistant manager role but was forced to do sales and designers work .While hiring they kept many things secret .Didn't considered my health issues .HR department is rediculous .They give u thousands of forms to fill and upload before hiring and forced to do tests which they say book on their portal bt it's useless ,finally we from our pocket ....Read More

THERE IS NO CLEAR PROCESS, ESCALATIONS ARE NOT HANDLED BY ANYONE BUT US THE MANAGEMENT GIVES UNREALISTIC TARGETS WITH POOR LEAD FLOW (EVERY MONTH WE GET 10 LEADS MAX )

There is nothing to like about this company. It's been 12 years since its inception but it has not learned anything from their mistakes. There is a never-ending list but still, I am adding some points here 1. No job security- anyone can be fired at any time without any notice believe me it's anyone. 2. Poor HR Policy- HR is here only to threaten employee 3. Worst Admin team- Your reimbursement will take a minimum of 30 days and in some cases, it goes to 45-60 days, no one is there to bother about your financial crisis 4. Poor increment - If you are giving your 100% then also pls don’t expect more than a 6% hike and in that too 60% will be added to your variable pay and the chance of getting that variable amount is only 30%...Read More
