Work-life balance is pathetic, Seniors always seeks their pramotion only,they don't think about their juniors,they don't know about addicates and very selfish approach.

very systematic, proper teams, on-time salary & everything is overall very good.

URBAN LADDER is one of the best company I ever work with, but they fired around 50 peoples (pan India interior team ) without any prior notice.no job security, traveling 3 sites per day and submitting reports drawings maintaining sales for it's not easy , no time for family, NO proper training but they discuss about issues every Monday. very happy work environment, team members were very helpful....Read More
