Company provides great and unexceptional service to all the customers. Organisations do believe on the sentence that "the customer is the king". Company always tries to implement new projects which ultimately helps the customers to make their home beautiful. After working for almost 4 years with Urban Ladder. I feel that i was never satisfied with the overall working experience. Top management takes decisions without thinking anything about employees. I find No job security here.. Recently company closed one department directly without informing any employees. And 20 employees were jobless.. Also company doesn't give a good appraisal in annual hike process. Working hard for company never recognised by supervisors in tearms of salary hike..
