Policies implementation is not good. Unnecessary work pressure. No clear communication on KRA. Appraisal and promotion are not based on performance.

Work culture about UC is just amazing. Employees are not pressurised to do extra work or extend shifts. Everyone is supportive. If I get chance to work with UC again I would definitely join the Organization again.

The management is not concerned about the politics that is happening at a ground level. Awards and accolades should be data centric however they are on the basis of your personal relations with your manager. You may find hard to maintain the work life balance as they expect you to work more than your shift timings. The management has good policies but it is not followed.They do not share the feedback with you and spoil your PR....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
